Hear from 2024 10KC Program Innovator Awardees

"Our attrition at the start of all of this was unfortunately, like 32%. And as of now, it's at 15%. And obviously it's not because “Sprout with Spring” (powered by 10KC) was the silver bullet that did it, but it was a huge catalyst. It ensured that our team members, especially from our underrepresented communities, feel heard and feel like their concerns were taken seriously and actioned upon."

“Our main goal was to create an inclusive culture of world-class talents in an environment that fuels innovation and growth for Thomson Reuters employees. We leveraged data and insights with 10KC to cut through and get around our biases that get in our way to really open the doors to networking and true authentic connection. We've had our most success with boosting employee engagement.”

"We know the data tells us that men can feel uncomfortable – there's a lack of clarity around how to successfully mentor a woman or have that type of relationship. We wanted to create something that was going to help us have successful pairings between men and women. Having supporting technology (powered by 10KC) is about being vulnerable in saying that we recognize that there are challenges to this. We've been doing more work overall to create a more inclusive environment at Coupa and to expand representation. It was the right time for us to do this."

“We've seen some really great data points that demonstrates the success of our mentorship program. I think the refreshing data point that I'm excited to see is the increase of interest because we've shared this information about the success of the mentorship program in so many different areas. We've had a big launch with 200+ businesses and organizations. We started with a small cohort of 18 mentors and 18 mentees, and now we have 80 mentees. That's a huge data point to share in itself.”

"Our programs continue to grow, and scale has been a priority. We've had this existing mentorship program for many years, and we wanted to see what we could do as we scale. 10KC technology has allowed to make those mentor and mentee matches smarter at scale. Another 10KC feature that helped is the curriculum that we've started to leverage. We worked with 10KC to identify curriculum topics that are salient to our scholars as they go throughout the mentoring program to be another area of support and conversation."
